This prcess is very fast and economical, the woven polyester fabric is dipped into PVC liquid then go through gap between two blade to remove the excess PVC raw materials, making sure the tarpaulin have good adhensive performance on the base fabrics. It is also better than simi-coated pvc tarpaulin for long life time mainly because it is not cooked in the heat case twice. It is also easier to do embossing on the tarpaulin with this machine.
